Shopping Information

You will know your order was successful if you see a confirmation number on screen and/or an email notification with an order number.

Due to the nature of the products (meat), we can't give an exact weight for each product. We will do our best to always have the weight as close as possible to the approximation and to the amount per package (slices, stick etc...)

For any custom orders, we invite you to send an email to and we will be glad to assist you.

Payment information

Once your payment has been processed, you will received an order number via email. There will also be a confirmation page on the screen.

We accept all major cards from all financial institutions. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as Shop pay.

We do not charge any service fees for any purchases.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for all orders over 100$ within the greater Montreal area. Anything below 100$ will be dependent on the location of delivery (see delivery range calculator).

We deliver everywhere in the greater Montreal area.

We deliver twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

When we arrive we will notify you using the following methods: 1) Knock/Ring at your door 2) Attempt to call the phone number associated with the order 3) Try again later (dependent on deliveries for that day) If all the above fails, we will advise you to pick up your order at our physical location.

Due to limited space at our physical location, the pick up in store option will only be confirmed via phone once the order is placed.
